In the comedy series by “Stromberg” creator Ralf Husmann, Katrin Bauerfeind plays equal opportunities officer Eva Jordan, who fights sexism, clichés and everyday bureaucracy with quick wit, charm and the occasional glass of white wine too many. Between a chauvinist mayor, a scheming rival and an idiosyncratic team, it’s about female firefighters, gender roles in day care and sexist billboards – sharp, wicked and with heart.
